Returns 


  • You have 14 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is necessary.

Non-returnable items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Hardware with burn or physical damage

Refunds


  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges 


We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please reach out to us at info@synextech.co.uk.

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be informed of any substantial modifications.
