Definitions 


Company refers to SYNEX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

Client refers to any individual or business purchasing product or subscribing to services from the Company.

Services include Computing and Network devices EPOS hardware, IT support, and related solutions. 

Scope of Services


SYNEX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED offers the following Services: 

Website Development: 

Design and development of responsive, SEO friendly websites for businesses of all sizes.

Software and Apps Development: 

Custom software and Apps development including business applications, integrations, and automation tools.

Computing device and Accessories:

Supply of compatible Computing device and accessories such as Desktop, Laptop, Mini PC,  printers, scanners, and others computing accessories.

Network device and Accessories:

Supply of compatible Network device and accessories such as Switch, Router, Access point, Network Cabinet, UTP cable, and others network accessories.

EPOS Hardware and Accessories: 

Supply of compatible accessories such as receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, and customer displays.

Operational Terms 


General Terms: All services provided by SYNEX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED are subject to formal agreement or accepted quotation. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. 

Installation & Delivery: Installation dates will be confirmed upon payment or signed agreement. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., site not ready) may result in rescheduling fees. 

Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges. Hardware purchases typically require full payment upfront.

 Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling: Please see our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 

Warranty & Support: Hardware provided by SYNEX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED comes with a standard manufacturer warranty. Software and website support are provided as per the service level agreement.

Legal & Regulatory


Data Protection: SYNEX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Client data is handled securely and used only for service delivery and support. 

Liability: SYNEX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is not liable for any indirect losses including loss of business or data. Liability is limited to the value of the contract. 

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Early termination may incur fees as per the contract terms. Access Arrangements & Special

 Consideration: We can support applications for access arrangements or special consideration, subject to awarding-body rules and appropriate evidence. Additional fees may apply and decisions rest with the awarding body. 

Privacy: We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Complaints: Please email info@synextech.co.uk We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. For product & service-related concerns, you may also contact the relevant awarding body. 

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. 

Amendments: The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
